Demolition
Our Demolition expertise includes the full range of domestic, commercial, high rise, industrial and specialist industry buildings, including plant and structures. Most projects usually involve large scale demolition, cold cutting, asbestos removal, lift studies and specialist engineering.

Excavation and civil works often go hand in hand. Our clients find that using ABLE is preferable to outsourcing to two or more companies for the one task. Typically work in this area will involve not only removal and site preparation but drainage, concrete structures, tunneling and ducting.

Asbestos & Hazardous Substances Removal
ABLE has been involved in the removal of asbestos since its inception over 35 years ago and holds a Class A Asbestos Removal License (friable and non-friable).
Before work can begin on many large projects, site preparation demands the removal and handling of asbestos, radio-active materials, hydrocarbons, chemicals and heavy metals as the following projects demonstrate;

Construction Waste Recycling
ABLE operates a number of construction salvage and waste recycling facilities. Demolition and other waste materials are sorted and processed for recycling with wastes compacted, to ensure maximum recycling and minimum volume disposal into landfills. Concrete is crushed and refined as road base with all metals extracted from sites processed accordingly.
